Detali & Associates, Inc. is pleased to offer Home Watch Services to our clients.
We have designed a program to offer you “peace of mind” while away from your
South West Florida Home.
Services Include:
Weekly
- A/C checked for proper setting
- Doors & Windows will be checked to make sure they are locked securely
- Doors, Windows & Ceilings will be checked for possible water leaks and mold or mildew.
- Check for insects and/or rodents
Bi-Weekly
- Refrigerator and Freezer will be checked for proper settings and operation
- Dishwasher and Garbage Disposal will be run to prevent drying out seals
- Hot Water Heater will be checked for leaks
- Run all faucets and flush toilets to check for leaks and prevent drying of seals
- Electrical Panel will be inspected to check for tripped circuit breakers and reset if necessary
- Smoke Detectors will be checked for proper operation
Additional Services
- Clean out refrigerator after your departure ($75 charge)
The cost for these valuable services is $45.00 per month.
