We are a full service property management company. Our experienced management team will ensure your property is maintained to your high standard of living.
Administration
Coordinate all board meetings and prepare minutes.
Maintain all member records.
Prepare all necessary paperwork for new owner approvals.
Assist the Board of Directors in purchasing proper amounts of insurance.
Post all meeting notices in a timely manner.
Maintain all association records including but not limited to official documents, blueprints, meeting minutes and financial records.
Property Management
Preserving, maintaining and enhancing the building, grounds and common areas to standards set forth by the Board of Directors.
Handle emergencies and keep the board informed of the current status of the property.
Weekly inspections of the property including but not limited to the lobbies, stairwells, landscaping, recreation facilities, driveways, walkways and parking lots.
Supervise and direct all on site staff including but not limited to maintenance staff, lawn staff, and janitorial staff.
Make suggestions directly to the board for property improvement.
Respond promptly to all owner requests.
Accounting
Your records will be kept in accordance with good accounting practice using the accrual method of accounting.
All disbursements of funds will be processed in our office. We do not outsource your records.
Utilization of a local lockbox service with a
hometown
bank for the processing of owner payments.
Researching of competitive rates in order to get the best return for your association funds.
Monthly financial statements will be completed and submitted to the board.
Preparation of your annual budget will be completed and submitted to the board.
